Experience elevation from Noon to 9pm at METRO BAR DC.

The Juneteenth Celebration: "FeelDay DC" on June 19th at Metrobar DC.

Join us in celebrating Juneteenth, a commemoration of the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. This event, titled "Feelday" aims to bring the community together in a spirit of unity, empowerment, and joy.

Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various activities that promote physical and mental well-being. The event will kick off with a Zen Beginning session, followed by a revitalizing yoga class led by HLS instructors. For those seeking a more energetic workout, join the HLS workout session to get your heart pumping.

At 3:00 PM, we have an engaging panel discussion featuring vendors such as HLS, CarpeDM, Honey Bloom, Nadiya Yoga, and more. The panel will be moderated by Monica, who will lead insightful conversations on topics related to fitness, wellness, dating and self-improvement.

The vendor showcase starting at 4:00 PM will offer an array of products and services from local businesses, including Intense Flavors and the DC Run Club. Explore their offerings and support the community.

As the day progresses, immerse yourself in the rhythmic beats of DJ Alize and six other talented DJs who will create an energetic atmosphere for all attendees. At (TBD) 6:00 PM, a live performance by a Brass Band will infuse the event with soulful melodies.

To wrap up the day, join the Carpe DM Mixer Activity at 5:00 PM, where you can connect with fellow attendees and engage in fun and interactive experiences.

Please note that there is a VIP list for this event, and entry requires pre-registration. The cost of entry is $20, which grants you access to all the activities, performances, and vendor offerings.
